We are delighted to welcome the Community of Mindful Living to the Unity of Blue Water family.

Please join them in our sanctuary for meditation on Sundays at 2:30 p.m.

We practice sitting and walking in the mindfulness tradition of the Vietnamese teacher Thich Nhat Hanh. Everyone is welcome at our meetings to learn about mindful living.  No experience necessary.
